Like our ancestors, we sustainably steward the rolling vineyards, olive groves and edible gardens with respect and reciprocity. We are passionate about artisanal, handmade items. Our 11 rooms are luxurious yet rustic, refined yet minimalistic: handwoven linen, organic cotton, antique furniture, natural mattresses and handmade terracotta floor tiles. Every detail, no matter how small, reflects an intention to create a slower, more compassionate way of life.

Our elegant and meditative atmosphere allows guests to rest, replenish and return home to their best selves. Peruse the library full of books about sustainability, spirituality and travel.
