The organic Berghüs Schratt is located in Oberstaufen-Steibis in the middle of the natural Allgäu landscape.

For years we have been using organic products in our kitchen and our guests love the excellent cuisine! The organic ingredients come from well-known producers who value high quality.

You will not find a microwave, artificial flavours like glutamate etc., iodized salt or convenience products in our kitchen. Instead we use fresh fruits and vegetables, stone and Himalaya salt, freshly ground spelt, energized water, carefully selected herbs, high quality oils and of course a lot of love. Many herbs are from our own herbal garden.
