The Restaurant – Delicious vegetarian dining with Christl Kurz

Christl Kurz’s imaginative dishes are served here in several small, surprising courses. In addition, there is information about the effect of the food, tips and tricks for re-cooking at home.

In her kitchen, only fresh products, largely from organic cultivation and according to the offer of the season, are gently processed. The spelt wholemeal flour for all baked goods and pasta is freshly ground in a stone mill and only as much as is currently processed. Of course, no microwave is used. The structure of the dishes is deliberately light, rich in vitamins and minerals.

Enjoy in addition wines from biological cultivation, bio juices and home-grown herbal macerations.

The Hotel

The domicile of the Biohotel Kurz in Lockstein 1 is the 500 year old grandparents’ house of the owner. It has been lovingly renovated over the years. Modern technology and building biology are elegantly combined with traditional, regional elements from ancient times:
