The purely plant-based and natural cuisine is designed above all to fill you up and make you happy. Wherever possible, the organic menu consists of regional and seasonal ingredients. From the vitamin- and energy-rich breakfast buffet to the varied and creative daily specials, the kitchen team offers guests plant-based culinary delights.

A breakfast buffet full of freshness and vitamins entices guests out of bed early in the morning. Naturally, everything is organic and includes vegan and gluten-free options. Those who prefer something light for lunch can look forward to delicious salads from the region or a seasonal soup. A fine selection of different dishes is served in the main course – traditional, exotic, vegan and refined in every case. Sweet temptations in the form of vegan cakes and desserts round off the offer.

From colourful single rooms to spacious double rooms, the hotel rooms offer the perfect retreat after a relaxing afternoon on the sun terrace or an extensive discovery tour in the surrounding area. Double rooms with a private bathroom are available from CHF 150 and single rooms with a bathroom in the corridor from CHF 75, including breakfast buffet. The hotel team will be happy to make you an offer for families with children or groups.

Relaxing nature and charming villages

Located in the heart of the Jura, just 50 minutes from Basel, the Clos du Doubs nature reserve is characterised by a landscape of mountains and valleys. With its small towns steeped in history, the region offers a multitude of sights and activities to suit all tastes all year round.

In summer, the municipality of Soubey is a hive of activity. The town centre is characterised by old houses dating from the 17th to 19th centuries. Visitors can sign up for the daily summer canoe trips on the Doubs River or explore the numerous hiking and biking trails in the area. As a stage destination on the Trans Swiss Trail, Soubey offers a large network of signposted routes.

The end of the 2024 season for our public restaurant is 03.11.2024. It will be open again from 01.03.2025.
