In the idyllically situated villaget Flecken Zechlin we are located in a unique forest and lake landscape. Our ice-age clear water lakes are among the clearest lakes in Germany.

Ecological building, sustainable and biological management – this is what moves us and what we want to pass on to our guests. Wherever possible, we have tried to preserve the old building fabric and the historical character of our listed venue during the renovation.
We want to offer you a special atmosphere of deceleration for your fasting cure and have furnished all our buildings in a high-quality and deliberately minimalist way. We have thought about many small details and lovingly designed the accommodations on our fasting farm and in our organic guesthouse. Harmony and balance ensure a noticeable feel-good factor here.

Sustainable feel-good ambience

We do extraordinary things to create a harmonious and vitality-enhancing environment for your fasting cure. Here you can recharge your batteries and find inner peace in the shortest possible time.
Starting with the health-supporting color scheme of the rooms, through the selected natural materials of furniture, fabrics and accessories, to the optimal positioning of the beds, we have thought about many small details. In doing so, we have incorporated elements of Feng Shui teachings, and the rooms are electrosmog-reduced and shielded from interference fields. The cozy comfort in this feel-good ambience supports your healthy sleep and regeneration.
At the Fastenhof we are mindful and in harmony with nature. With our energy concept, we want to support a sustainable approach to our nature. A thermal solar system heats the water and relieves our pellet heating system. We also utilize solar energy in our photovoltaic system. The electricity produced there is used by ourselves and surpluses are fed into the grid.

20 years of own fasting experience

We give people a space to pause and concentrate again on the essentials in life. This place is designed with heart and love, has a special energy and a healing aura in a historical ambience and in the midst of unique nature.
The medically recognized fasting leader Susanne Behm has founded and built up the fasting farm. Through her practical experience in the area of burnout prevention and healthy lifestyle, as well as over 20 years of her own fasting experience, she is able to bridge the gap from theory to self-lived practice.
In the last 12 years, she has shown over 2000 participants in her fasting courses how to break out of their own hamster wheel and feel the true potential of boundless life energy.
