Various options for your stay

We offer various comfortable options for your stay in SALEM, according to your wishes and your budget: You can either stay in one of our Guest Houses, which provide accommodation for up to 40 people in one, two or three bedded rooms and even huts for the whole family. These rooms are self-contained with electricity, and hot water on request. Our guest houses are located in the heart of our 10 acre compound. There are many trees making the air temperature pleasant at all times of the year.
The other option is to stay in our Conference Center facilities. Electricity and hot water are also available, bathrooms are shared. This is the right choice for shoestring travelers!

Vegetarian Guest House

In line with the founding principles of SALEM, of respect for all life in the pursuit of peace and environmental protection, our Guest House is vegetarian. Most of the food is organically grown, and a healthy diet can be enjoyed here. Most importantly, our meals are very tasty! We offer both Ugandan and international dishes.

Trips in the area

We will help to organize all of your trips in the area and provide you with tents, sleeping bags and mats for your trip to Mt. Elgon. Also you can rent our vehicles for day trips to other beautiful sites. We also offer pick-up service from Entebbe Airport and Mbale bus station.
