Haus am Watt

The “Haus am Watt” (house at the mudflat) is a 250 years old yard with tradition. The house is situated between Büsum and St. Peter-Ording on a dwelling mound at a dyke, imbedded in a landscape of grassland and fields.

The national park “The Wadden Sea” is only one kilometer away. This world natural heritage offers a fascinating insight into the ecosystem. Further places of excursions are the islets and the North Sea Islands as well as a lovely green beach ( 4 km ).

The house puts up a natural ambiance and lovingly prepared food from biological cultivation. The breakfast consists of freshly baked buns, handmade jam and eggs from own chickens.

Furthermore, the coffee shop offers home-baked cakes and coffee specialties. In the evening, there are vegetarian or vegan meals.

At the house there is a large garden with old fruit trees and lawns, a sunny terrace directly in front of the house, a pond biotope and a fireplace, as well as chickens, cats, a peaceful dog, four ponies and a horse. For relaxation, a rustic barrel sauna is available for our guests directly at the pond.

In the tranquility of the countryside, our week-long yoga seminars offer various paths to physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
