Naturhotel aufatmen
Leutasch, Tirol
Descerning enjoyers can breathe a sigh of relief
This unique refuge in Leutasch, located within the Seefeld Olympic region does not promise its guests more – but less! This is due to the reductionist focus of Maria and Wolfgang Pfeiffer. They have set themselves the goal of “aufatmen” which literally translates as “breathing a sigh of relief”. Their goal is to regain appreciation of the simple things in life by letting body and spirit find each other.
“In our hotel, we would like to address those guests who have had enough of straining for more and more. This begins with a compact selection of essential food and drinks, which can, in their overabundance, often create stress,” says Maria Pfeiffer.
Vegan and vegetarian half board
Accordingly, we now offer a simple purposefully reduced half board option. At breakfast, you will find five high quality teas, not 25. The same applies to cheese, wine and home-made jams. Maracuja marmalade and exotic superfruits are not available in the “aufatmen”. However, what you will find in every corner of the house is the interplay of tradition and modernity. This can be seen in the architecture and cuisine, as well as in the revival of old Tyrolean customs.
The new vegan/vegetarian half board, together with the offer of Yoga, Meditation and guided hikes, as well as BIO swimming pond, garden, library, Sauna and Spa area benefits our guests holistically.
Wolfgang Pfeiffer says: “The focus of our cuisine is on the regionality and quality of the ingredients. In order to offer our guests a healthy, lasting culinary experience, along with a large portion of creativity, we have been very fortunate to attract top chef Florian Feckl, who, having worked in Munich and Stuttgart, now pampers our guests six evenings a week from our show kitchen.”
