Holistic Wellness for Body, Mind and Soul

By bringing together yoga, meditation, mindfulness, nutrition and other holistic treatments, the retreat offers many paths to greater personal wellbeing. The delicious meals are mainly made with regional products from organic farming and contain especially seasonal vegetables.

The estate Cal Reiet has a main building and two guest houses. The deluxe and luxury rooms are situated in the main building, while the beautiful suites can be found in the guest houses. The rooms have a sense of easiness, mixed with plain elegance and tradition. All guest rooms come with air-conditioning, heating, WiFi, safe and many more amenities. Furthermore, the suites have a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Careful thought has been given on those with reduced mobility and two of the rooms are disabled-friendly.

Recharge your energy

In the idyllic garden, the guests can deeply breathe and enjoy the calmness and nature. There are many hidden corners to be found, where you can hide away and recharge. The beautiful swimming pool of the agroturismo is surrounded by plants and flowers, too. Cosy sunbeds on the pool terrace invite you to stay and especially on hot days, the refreshing water of the pool is tempting. The holistic emphasis on recreation includes different wellness treatments. Besides massages and beauty treatments, you can also book yoga and meditation classes, which help you to find your inner balance and recharge your energy.

Companies and individuals are welcome to organise retreats whether it be yoga, tai chi, stress management, leadership courses, ayurveda, detox, etc anything within the holistic wellbeing field (the communion of mind, body and spirit), as well as seminars on personal development.
