The family house lies in the Oberharz on the highest spot of the Schulenberg on 540m above sea level. When the weather is clear you are able to see the Brocken from your breakfast table, the highest mountain of Northern Germany.

Our house is the perfect place to visit in every season.

In summer you can go on independent or organized hiking tours. There are also bike trails, Kneipp water-treading basins or miniature golf for you to enjoy – and much more.

In winter you can go skiing. There are two lifts and three slopes available as well as long cross-country ski-tracks. Children can go sleighing right next to our house.

After your quiet or active day you can relax at our house with coffee and home-made cakes. Around 6 p.m. we will serve you dinner in our winter garden. Everything is of course vegan.

For children and adolescents the basement is the place to be. Here, they can play table tennis, foosball or dart. Furthermore, there is a collection of board games.

You can relax in our sauna.
