The apartment, unique and while part of a 1800s farmhouse is completely independent. It is immersed in the Monferrato countryside and offers absolute tranquility, a unique panorama and a relaxing vacation experience in the countryside.

Your stay

The newly renovated apartment of 70 square meters is located on the ground floor, overlooking 2,000 square meters of fenced garden. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an additional sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The panoramic terrace overlooking the Monferrato, a Unesco heritage site, belongs to your apartment.

For breakfast, on request, we can provide you with a basket of vegan and vegetarian products from Zero Km. A perfect way to start the day, enjoyed on the table outside, among the buddleja and butterflies. Just tell us what you like so we can offer you the best.
The house is equipped with everything you need: bed linen, towels and table linen and a fully equipped kitchen.
You can also order a vegan-vegetarian meal for lunch and dinner on request.

In the countryside

Immersed in the hills of the Monferrato, we are in the lesser known and more discreet Monferrato, where the landscape is picturesque, where the days pass slowly to give everyone back the time that the city steals. We have decided to create a hideaway that blends in as naturally as possible with this colorful background.

From the farmhouse you can walk for miles into the countryside. For those who love the tranquility of the countryside and the company of animals, this is the ideal place to spend a vacation.

Surroundings & Sightseeing

Monferrato is in a strategic position to visit and be easily reached from three regions, among the richest in nature, history, art and food and wine: Piedmont, Liguria and Lombardy. A short distance away is Moncalvo, with all services, a small town but not without attractions and events in every season of the year. Asti is 18 km away, Turin 76 km, Alba and the Langhe 50 km.

Moncalvo is the capital of Monferrato, a Unesco heritage site, rich in history and art, which hosts the largest truffle festival in Monferrato. It is a small town but full of buildings to discover, mostly from the Middle Ages.

The area of Moncalvo and Casale is also the heart of the Jewish Monferrato, it hosts a large synagogue very rich in art and history of the community. In Casale M.to you will find the Duomo and the Civic Tower, an example of Casalese Baroque.

We can also help you discover Casale Monferrato and Asti, not far away, which will surely impress lovers of history, art and architecture.

One of the most important dance events today resides in Moncalvo, Moncalvodanza, and the dance school Orsolina 28 has been open since 2016.
